Buddies on the Mat | Spring 2026

We're excited to share our next yoga event: Buddies on the Mat!! This event is a relaxing, duo-based session where you can partner with a friend! 🧘‍♂️👥

This session is instructor-led, so both beginners and yoga fanatics can have a fun time! Mats are available at the gym. First-come, first-served. Feel free to bring your own mat if you have one! 🌿
